Kyle Favors has 16 years experience in the Thermal Industry. Well known for his knowledge of instrumentation and controls, Kyle has excelled in the sales of thermal equipment. As President of Heat Treating Services Unlimited, Inc. and our sister sales company, CF Thermal, Inc., a manufacturer’s rep company, he represents some of the top manufacturers of thermal processing equipment in the industry. His success is based in part by his knowledge of the equipment and his ability to evaluate and determine the needs of his customers.



Bruce D. Favors, Sr. Vice President

Bruce Favors has 35 years experience in the Thermal Industry. Having spent many of those years as a corporate engineer or plant engineer responsible for whole plant acquisitions, equipment acquisitions and relocations, his knowledge and expertise in thermal equipment and its valuation is well known in the Thermal or Heat Treating Industry. Bruce spends much of his time consulting, assessing equipment, analyzing maintenance needs and managing projects that include relocations, equipment installations, rebuilds and valuations.



Kevin Ruff, Vice President

Since 1986 Kevin has held various positions in the heat treating industry from maintenance, production, quality and customer service to general management of a commercial heat treat. Kevin is responsible for quoting, personnel, customer service and general operations.



Ron Empson, Midwest Division Manager

Ron has over 10 years experience in Pyrometry in the Michigan, Indiana and Illinois region. Ron is responsible for managing the Midwest Division located in Detroit. Ron performs pyrometry services as well as overseeing personnel, quoting, customer service and sales for this Division.



Neil Revis, Quality Manager

Neil has over 10 years experience in the Pyrometry Field. His responsibilities as Quality Manager include our ISO Program, continuous improvements, training and overseeing the Pyrometry technicians. Through continuous education Neil has expertise in all aspect of Pyrometry and instrumentation, as well as AMS2750D, NADCAP and CQI9.
